Responsibilities

  • ● Managing the end-to-end NPI process, from initial design transfer through to production

Requirements

  • ● 2-3 years of experience in a product or manufacturing engineering role
  • ● A proactive, driven approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • ● Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset
  • ● Confidence in interpreting technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications
  • ● An understanding of cost estimation, quotation processes, and commercial awareness
  • ● A clear and confident communicator across functions and with customers
