Requirements

  • ● 3-5 years' experience in pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • ● Strong experience in financial modelling, matter profitability, pricing strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • ● Ability to deliver commercial insights that support business growth and client value.
  • ● 3+ years' experience in pricing, financial analysis, commercial finance, legal operations, or related fields within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • ● Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications are advantageous.
  • ● Experience developing financial models and analysing profitability, pricing, budgets, and forecasts.
  • ● Exposure to alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), RFPs, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • ● Ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • ● Experience partnering with Finance, Business Development, Legal Operations, and business teams.
  • ● Advanced Excel skills.
  • ● Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is desirable.
  • ● Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • ● Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly regarded.
  • ● A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • ● Availability to commence on short notice is preferred.
