About the Role

Teamware Solutions is hiring a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant for an exciting opportunity with one of our leading client in UAE Dubai. We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM technical professional with strong expertise in SAP CRM development, enhancements, integration, and support . In this role, you will deliver scalable technical solutions across SAP CRM Web UI, BSP, ABAP, and S/4HANA , while supporting modern application extensions using SAP FIORI/UI5 and SAP BTP . You will work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into high-performance SAP solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure applications meet enterprise standards for performance, scalability, security, and long-term sustainability . Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and enhance SAP CRM UI objects using CRM Web UI and BSP applications .
  • ● Customize and extend SAP CRM functionality using AET, KUT, and ABAP Enhancements .
  • ● Deliver technical solutions in S/4HANA , including custom reports, forms, workflows, user exits, and BAdIs.
  • ● Build and integrate SAP FIORI/UI5 applications with backend services using OData and SAP Gateway .
  • ● Develop and support integrations across SAP CRM, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP .
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex support issues, including performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and integration challenges .
  • ● Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • ● Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across CRM and backend systems.
  • ● Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and performance standards .
  • ● Document technical designs, configurations, enhancements, and support procedures for sustainable operations and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • ● 8+ years of experience in SAP CRM Technical roles, with multiple full-cycle implementations preferred.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM Web UI, BSP, AET, KUT, and CRM Framework enhancements .
  • ● Deep knowledge of ABAP Objects, RICEF, Enhancements, User Exits, and BAdIs .
  • ● Proven experience in S/4HANA custom development and integration .
  • ● Hands-on experience with SAP FIORI/UI5, OData, SAP Gateway, and SAP BTP Integration Suite .
  • ● Strong ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • ● Experience optimizing SAP applications for performance, scalability, and reliability .
  • ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
  • ● Experience with SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Process Automation for low-code CRM extensions.
  • ● SAP Certifications in CRM Technical, ABAP on HANA, or SAP BTP Integration Suite .
  • ● Experience working on complex enterprise SAP transformation and modernization initiatives.
