Working within a busy 30-bed Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery ward , you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the unit while promoting excellence in patient care, staff development, and clinical governance. This role manages both elective and emergency patient cohorts and offers the opportunity to develop your leadership career within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. You will provide clinical leadership, support workforce management, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and work closely with Visiting Medical Officers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
