Responsibilities
- ● Manually update FG integration errors until strategic enhancements are done to the solution
- ● Manually update S4 for data replication errors
- ● Manually update LMS status for terminated TPW's
- ● Develop reports and actively monitor records in CORE
- ● Monitor LMS access for TPW's
- ● Perform root cause analysis of issues
- ● Support the redesign of FG integration and answer day-to-day questions, development, and testing
- ● Provide inputs to Scope 2 resources for issue resolution
Requirements
- ● Sr. Consultant with knowledge of SF EC
- ● Previous knowledge of FG is a big plus
- ● Must have knowledge of SF API's
- ● Experience in doing mass updates
- ● Experience in developing reports, including Story Reporting
