About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Implement, configure, and support SAP solutions across one or more modules such as SAP SD, FICO, MM, HCM, PP, WM, or others.
• ● Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
• ● Provide functional or technical support depending on your specialization.
• ● Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• ● Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• ● Support integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
• ● Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in SAP processes.
• ● Participate in ongoing system improvements and optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• ● Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module.
• ● Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not mandatory.
• ● For technical roles: knowledge of ABAP / SAP development is a plus.
• ● For functional roles: strong understanding of relevant business processes.
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments.
• ● Fluent English required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
