Requirements

  • ● 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
  • ● Good command of English & Japanese Language.
  • ● Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • ● Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • ● Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • ● In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • ● Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • ● Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • ● Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • ● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • ● Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • ● Project management and business analysis skills
  • ● A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous
  • ● Salesforce certification(s) (preferred)
  • ● Involvement in Salesforce community (preferred)
  • ● Ability to lead and/or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes
  • ● Pro-active, resourceful, able to rally members to collaborate and deliver task assigned in a timely manner
  • ● Flexibility to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business
  • ● Ability to travel if required, i.e. to be placed at Client's site for the project .
