About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in high-rise, luxury residential, and complex commercial projects. The role will support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating technical, construction, quality, and site activities.
Responsibilities
- ● Coordinate civil and architectural works from design through construction and completion.
- ● Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- ● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- ● Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- ● Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
- ● Coordinate RFIs, inspections, technical submissions, and approvals.
- ● Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- ● Support project programme, quality, and handover activities.
- ● Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- ● Participate in technical and progress meetings and provide updates on project issues and actions.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- ● 10-15 years of relevant experience in construction, development, or project management.
- ● Proven experience with high-rise buildings and complex residential/commercial developments.
- ● Strong knowledge of construction, technical coordination, and quality requirements.
- ● Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors.
- ● Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- ● UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- ● Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- ● Experience with luxury or high-end developments is highly desirable.
