Responsibilities
- ● Supports business stakeholders across reporting, master data, SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, cutover and hypercare activities
- ● Works closely with business users, functional teams and deployment leads to coordinate testing participation, readiness assessments, issue tracking and business validation activities
- ● Facilitates communication between programme teams and local business stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of business issues and completion of readiness actions
- ● Provides hands-on support during cutover execution and hypercare, helping ensure business continuity, user adoption and successful stabilization following SAP S/4HANA go-live
