- ● Knowledge of Support Pack & Kernel upgrade procedure and planning
- ● Excellent communication & team management skills
- ● Good written and verbal skills & team skills
- ● Strong problem-solving skills & proactive attitude
- ● Good to have Skill set of HANA/S4 HANA Implementation/Upgrade and Support experience etc.
