Role Objective 1. Business Continuity Establish dedicated support resources to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day transaction failures between SAP Fieldglass and SAP SuccessFactors. Ensure timely issue resolution to minimize operational disruption and maintain seamless contingent workforce processes. 2. Root Cause Analysis and Permanent Resolution Conduct a comprehensive analysis of recurring integration failures between Fieldglass and SuccessFactors to identify underlying root causes. Collaborate with the appropriate Newmont business and technical teams to design, test, and deploy corrective fixes that eliminate defects, reduce failure rates, and improve overall integration stability. 3. Expected Outcomes Reduce transaction failure volume (near zero %) and faster issue resolution. Improved reliability of the Fieldglass-SuccessFactors integration. Elimination of recurring defects through permanent corrective actions. Increased business confidence and operational continuity.
