Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Business Analyst with expertise in the Data and Finance domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for data-centric and financial systems. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field; Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A); Business domain knowledge in banking or the financial industry; Experience in data analytics and handling large sets of financial data; Exceptional quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills, with the ability to translate analysis into practical solutions that align with business objectives; Knowledge of technology and operational processes across various functions and departments in banking or financial markets; Familiarity with change management processes and basic project management principles; A resourceful team player with strong leadership capabilities to drive discussions and resolve challenges effectively; A strategic, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, complemented by outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills; Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; Experience in scoping and evaluation, defining considerations such as scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and potential risks, to provide well-informed recommendations. Work experience in Corporate banking/Financial market domain.
