Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ● Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from initiation, planning, and execution through UAT, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
• ● Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• ● Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• ● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• ● Coordinate and drive alignment across Business, Technology, Data, Operations, Finance, and Vendors.
• ● Manage stakeholders and vendors, facilitate decision-making, and help resolve conflicts or issues.
• ● Act as the main point of contact between Business teams, Technology teams, and external vendors.
• ● Prepare and lead meetings, including Steering Committee meetings and working group sessions.
• ● Work with Business users to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
• ● Coordinate with Technical teams on solution design, system integration, and system feasibility.
• ● Manage change impacts, user adoption, training, and communication to ensure a smooth rollout.
• ● Oversee test planning, UAT execution, and defect management.
• ● Manage cutover plans, go-live activities, and hyper care support.
• ● Track and report project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials to management.
• ● Maintain project documentation, including BRD/FSD, SOW, Change Requests, Decisions, and Sign-offs.
• ● 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, PM, PMO, Digital Transformation, or IT Implementation
• ● At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• ● At least 3 years of experience managing Software Development projects
• ● At least 3 years of experience managing System Development projects
• ● Experience in Retail or E-commerce
• ● Candidates with experience in both Retail and E-commerce will be given priority consideration.
• ● Strong experience in Technical Project Management
• ● Solid understanding and background in Software Development
• ● Candidates with previous experience as a Developer will be highly advantageous.
• ● Able to communicate and work effectively with Development and Technical teams, including discussing technical issues.
• ● Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• ● Experience in FMCG or Logistics
• ● Knowledge of System Integration, APIs, Data Flows, and Digital Platforms
• ● PM certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are a plus but not required.
