Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager (Up to $15,000 per month)

About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Overseeing regional supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers
• ● Managing 3PL warehouse and distribution operations across multiple markets
• ● Driving inventory management strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
• ● Overseeing inbound logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely product replenishment
• ● Leading reverse logistics processes and continuous improvements in returns management
• ● Managing customer service and order management functions to maintain high service standards
• ● Supporting demand and supply planning activities through close collaboration with planning and commercial teams
• ● Participating actively in the S&OP process, providing operational insights and executional support
• ● Establishing operational governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance reporting for regional operations
• ● Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• ● Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to drive overall supply chain performance

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• ● Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, consumer, or FMCG environment
• ● Strong experience managing 3PL warehousing, distribution, and transportation providers across multiple countries
• ● Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, customer service, and logistics operations
• ● Experience participating in S&OP processes and working closely with planning teams
• ● Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making
• ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and external partners
• ● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing business priorities
