You will work at the intersection of tech, product, and business, shaping scalable platform capabilities and reliable workflows that support one of Europe's leading fintech platforms. What you can expect: Seasoned Salesforce development: You bring extensive hands on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and a track record of delivering impact at scale. Technical leadership: You are advanced in Flows and highly proficient in Apex and OOP, and you confidently choose the right approach across Flow, Apex, and configuration. Strong LWC expertise: You have deep experience with Lightning Web Components, including lifecycle, reactivity, performance optimization, and UI and UX best practices. Security and compliance mindset: You understand Salesforce's security and sharing model and design for least privilege from the start. Integration skills: You connect Salesforce to external systems via REST and SOAP, OAuth, and named or external credentials, and you select suitable integration patterns for complex scenarios. Built for scale: You consistently apply best practices in governor limits, bulkification, transactions, async processing, and error handling, and you help others do the same. Delivery discipline: You work fluently with Git and pull requests, and you have hands on experience with CI and CD for Salesforce, for example Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions. Clear communication: You communicate technical concepts clearly in English and collaborate effectively in cross functional teams. Nice to have: You bring German skills, Salesforce certifications such as PD I or PD II, Architect track progress, and experience with managed packages, platform events, and Data Loader or ETL.
