Responsibilities
- ● Lead Finance-related S/4HANA implementation and enhancement initiatives
- ● Define reporting requirements, data structures, and finance process standards
- ● Coordinate UAT, user adoption, and post-go-live improvements
- ● Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across finance operations
- ● Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, and related tools
- ● Automate reporting for inventory, AR/AP, cost management, and operational performance
- ● Design scalable reporting solutions integrating SAP and enterprise systems
- ● Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across business units
- ● Improve controls, streamline workflows, and enhance audit readiness through technology-enabled solutions
Requirements
- ● Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- ● 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP Implementation
- ● Hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, or similar analytics tools
- ● Strong data modeling, reporting, automation, and process improvement skills
- ● Background in finance systems, ERP implementations, or business transformation projects
