About the Company

The Programme Director will lead the design, delivery, and integration of three national-level cybersecurity programmes-CyberCall, CyberBoost, and CyberGrowth-under the CyberSG TIG Collaboration Centre. This role is responsible for programme outcomes, operational execution, team leadership, and strategic alignment with CSA and TIG governance. The Director will ensure a cohesive pipeline from innovation to venture scaling to internationalisation, while building a visible and credible presence for the Centre across ecosystem stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the CyberCall programme to identify demand-led innovation opportunities, formulate challenge statements, manage open calls, and support solution adoption by end-users.
  • Oversee CyberBoost to provide tailored venture support for promising cybersecurity startups, including mentorship, capability building, and founder development.
  • Supervise CyberGrowth to drive the internationalisation and export-readiness of startups, including overseas missions, showcases, and in-market engagement.
  • Ensure cross-programme integration by aligning CyberCall-to-CyberBoost-to-CyberGrowth transitions, jointly planning shared touchpoints, and ensuring synergy with CSA strategic themes.
  • Drive programme reporting and accountability, managing budgets and tracking delivery milestones across the three pillars in compliance with CSA funding frameworks.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including coaching leads and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
  • Build external partnerships with end-users, investors, mentors, research institutes, and ecosystem players to strengthen outcomes and programme visibility.
  • Represent TIG Centre at ecosystem events, panels, and national innovation platforms to position the Centre as a trusted convenor and thought leader.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in innovation, programme leadership, or tech/venture ecosystem development
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, venture acceleration, and public-private innovation models
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programme teams
  • Experience working with government funding, milestone reporting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CSA cybersecurity strategy or prior experience in national innovation programmes
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous
