• ● Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
• ● Deliver functional and application designs that align with organizational goals.
• ● Ensure that solutions accurately represent both current and future business requirements.
• ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business needs.
• ● Analyze and document business processes to support solution development.
• ● HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• ● The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• ● The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• ● The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
• ● The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
