Security Lead

Responsibilities

• ● Lead vulnerability management activities, including network assessments, VAPT/WAPT coordination, risk prioritization, and remediation tracking
• ● Oversee implementation and day to day operations of IAM platforms, including authentication policies, SSO/federation, and certificate lifecycle management
• ● Manage cryptographic key management systems (KMS), including key lifecycle processes, access controls, and system resilience
• ● Provide technical security guidance to internal teams and customers, including architecture reviews and control validation
• ● Support security audits, due diligence, and compliance activities (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MAS TRM, PCI DSS)
• ● Monitor and report on security posture through dashboards, risk registers, and regular stakeholder reporting
• ● Lead incident investigations related to IAM, encryption, and security infrastructure
• ● Mentor and develop cybersecurity team members while promoting best practices and operational excellence
• ● Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• ● Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, IAM, and key management systems
• ● Hands on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, OpenVAS)
• ● Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, PKI, and secure communications (TLS, encryption at rest/in transit)
• ● Familiarity with Linux systems and production environment troubleshooting
• ● Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders
