Responsibilities
- ● The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System
- ● Engage stakeholders and end-users to grasp needs, issues, and desired outcomes. Document insights in concise reports, preparing business use cases, scope, and functional requirements.
- ● Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical and functional specifications for new systems or enhancements. Develop user stories and process flows to visualize solutions.
- ● Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.
- ● Diploma, with at least two (2) years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
- ● Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- ● Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
