About the Company

Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to lead the Finance & Controlling workstream for a large-scale SAP Brownfield++ Migration Program . The role requires strong SAP FICO functional expertise, proven Brownfield migration experience, and the ability to lead client-facing transformation activities. 10-15 years of SAP consulting experience , with strong specialization in SAP FICO . Proven experience as an SAP FICO Lead Consultant in large-scale transformation programs. Mandatory: Successfully completed at least one end-to-end SAP Brownfield Migration Project. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO configuration, solution design, and business process optimization . Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation and migration . Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling business processes. Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills . Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the SAP FICO workstream across the Brownfield++ migration lifecycle.
  • ● Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation .
  • ● Assess existing SAP ECC/S/4HANA finance processes and define appropriate migration strategies.
  • ● Provide functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, Financial Closing and Reporting .
  • ● Drive and support data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • ● Manage finance-related risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • ● Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional SAP teams.
  • ● Provide solution ownership, stakeholder leadership, and mentoring to the FICO project team.
  • ● SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
  • ● Experience in multinational / enterprise-scale SAP programs.
  • ● Previous experience with global system integrators or consulting organizations.
