Responsibilities

  • ● Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Aura, and Visualforce.
  • ● Build scalable and reusable components adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • ● Develop integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
  • ● Develop OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
  • ● Implement end-to-end business processes using OmniStudio capabilities.
  • ● Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • ● Support user management, security configuration, and environment setup.
  • ● Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
  • ● Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and release activities.
  • ● Manage deployments across environments.
  • ● Troubleshoot production issues and deployment failures.
  • ● Ensure high-quality code through test class coverage and best practices.

Requirements

  • ● Minimum 4 to 6 years of Salesforce Development experience
  • ● Mandatory hands-on experience in LWC and OmniStudio
  • ● Experience in at least 2 OmniStudio projects OR 1 project with 10+ months of OmniStudio experience
