About the Company

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role will be responsible for program planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budget oversight, and coordination across multiple projects and workstreams to achieve desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead end-to-end program management for complex transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • ● 12+ years of overall professional experience.
  • ● 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or complex projects.
  • ● Proven experience delivering enterprise transformation, ERP, or digital initiatives.
  • ● Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • ● Strong experience in program governance, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • ● Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
