The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Requirements

  • Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hotels, or resorts environments.
  • Minimum 10 years' senior operational leadership experience within Hotel Operations, with a strong track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational performance.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to drive performance, optimise operational efficiency, and support overall hotel profitability.
  • A hands-on leadership style with strong operational visibility, actively engaging with teams and guests to ensure service excellence and seamless execution.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams within complex luxury environments, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and exceptional guest satisfaction across hotel and residence operations.
