You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a passion for building robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities
- ● Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- ● Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
- ● Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- ● Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features.
- ● Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews.
- ● Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- ● Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.
- ● Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth.
Requirements
- ● 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- ● Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- ● Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
- ● Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems.
- ● Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- ● Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred).
- ● Experience with CI/CD tools.
- ● Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
- ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ● Background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- ● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- ● Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ● Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- ● Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
