Requirements
- ● Previous experience as a General Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- ● Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market , ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi
- ● Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence
- ● Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture
- ● Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams
- ● Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills
- ● Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
- ● A people-focused leader who leads with energy, authenticity, and ambition
- ● Passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences
- ● Results-driven whilst maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality
- ● Comfortable operating in a highly visible role with significant business impact
- ● Able to build engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture
