About the Role
Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and data analysis. Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions in complex transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- ● Translate business requirements into functional specifications, data requirements, and acceptance criteria
- ● Perform source-to-target mapping and data analysis for system integrations
- ● Create functional specifications, process flows, and business requirement documents
- ● Support solution design discussions with technical teams
- ● Validate data mappings and ensure alignment with business rules
- ● Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings
- ● Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
- ● Support issue investigation and resolution during build and testing phases
- ● Ensure traceability of requirements through the project lifecycle
