Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
  • Oracle SOA Suite 11g Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Oracle BPM Implementation Certification (preferred).
