Responsibilities
- ● Lead end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstreams across S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and transformation programs.
- ● Define migration strategy, governance, data quality, testing, reconciliation, and cutover plans.
- ● Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
- ● Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
- ● Support business development activities, proposals, and solution design.
Requirements
- ● 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- ● Proven leadership of SAP Data Migration workstreams on large-scale transformations.
- ● Expertise in SNP CrystalBridge/Selective Data Transition or SAP DMLT methodologies and tools.
- ● Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models.
- ● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.
- ● Experience with both SNP and SAP DMLT.
- ● SAP S/4HANA certifications.
- ● Experience delivering global transformation programs.
