Responsibilities

  • Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to shape and deliver solutions that enhance client experiences.
  • Gather and interpret requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of digital enhancements across client platforms, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to solution design, delivery, and adoption while engaging with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Have 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an agile or product-focused environment, with the ability to manage requirements through the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Have a solid understanding of financial services or similarly regulated environments, including awareness of risk and compliance considerations.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to process analysis and improvement.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels and across diverse teams.
  • Be familiar with agile ways of working and have an interest in digital platforms and client-focused technologies, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
