About the Company

The Product Operations Manager, WorkBuddy Enterprise will drive operational excellence and commercial effectiveness for WorkBuddy Enterprise's agent product portfolio across APAC and international markets.This role covers product pricing operations, growth enablement, cost optimisation, resource coordination and compliance operations, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, operated at scale, and positioned for sustained business growth in international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product cost and resource operations, monitoring resource utilisation, analysing unit economics, and coordinating with engineering and finance teams to optimise delivery costs and improve operational efficiency across WorkBuddy Enterprise products.
  • Execute pricing and quotation operations, maintaining and optimising pricing frameworks, supporting sales teams with accurate and timely quotations, and analysing pricing and discount performance to inform commercial decisions.
  • Drive business growth operations through data-driven analysis of customer adoption, retention, consumption patterns, and revenue trends, identifying growth levers and implementing operational initiatives to scale product usage and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee compliance operations for regional markets, including regulatory filing coordination, compliance audit support, data residency tracking, and ensuring product changes meet global market regulatory and security standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational workflows across regional commercial teams, headquarters product teams, and R&D, establishing scalable processes for issue resolution, product launch readiness, and ongoing operational support that enable efficient regional scaling.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, together with at least four years of product operations, commercial operations, or business operations experience in enterprise technology, cloud services, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience in cost analysis, resource planning, or operational budgeting for technology products, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable efficiency and margin improvements.
  • Familiarity with compliance operations for cloud services or enterprise software, including data protection regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and regional certification processes relevant to APAC markets.
  • Experience supporting pricing operations, quotation management, or commercial modelling for technology products, with strong analytical skills to assess pricing performance, discount patterns, and revenue impact.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, is required to coordinate regional commercial and compliance operations in English across international markets, and to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking product, finance, and R&D stakeholders at China headquarters.
