Responsibilities

• ● Become a role model for Safety.
• ● Keep all safety and health, technical, economic, environmental, and legal norms during complete project.
• ● Execute project work activities according to the Quality & Environmental Management System and Safety & Health regulations.
• ● Secure the right of knowledge transfer to the organization in relationship with the project or initiative.
• ● Ensure standards are up to date, work with Process Engineer to update standards for new line, equipment, and material.
• ● Track standards which link to material usage and consumption.
• ● Perform necessary audits on material usage and consumption and prioritize analysis on machine financial waste.
• ● Identify and make available new technology improvements and perform technology benchmark between production lines, teams, and other plants.
• ● Participate in Daily Operation Meeting and Weekly Operation Meeting whenever necessary.
• ● Support Business Unit members and Technical team on improvements when there are Technology, Process, or Quality issues.
• ● Actively participate in material rationalization and innovation and join monthly initiative meeting with accurate information based on data and facts.
• ● Ensure effective communication across departments in projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• ● Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• ● Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• ● Have knowledge in Statistical Process Control.
• ● Have good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa.
• ● Have the ability to adapt communication to both shop floor and top management levels.
• ● Have knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Enterprise Resource Plan system.
• ● Have exposure to Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.
• ● Have a hands-on approach with the ability to support plant operations and collaborate effectively with the team.
