About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join an enterprise team delivering innovative solutions within the financial services sector. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce, helping drive digital transformation through AI-powered automation and best-in-class customer experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders on large-scale Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
  • ● Configure and implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) capabilities, including Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries.
  • ● Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
  • ● Manage FSC data models, Person Accounts, and support data migration activities.
  • ● Design and implement Agentforce AI solutions, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI-driven workflows.
  • ● Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while following Salesforce development best practices.
  • ● Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to technical documentation.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • ● 6-10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • ● Apex
  • ● Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • ● SOQL
  • ● Salesforce Flows
  • ● Salesforce APIs
  • ● Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • ● Experience implementing or configuring Salesforce Agentforce.
  • ● Strong experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
  • ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • ● Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • ● Experience within Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance environments.
  • ● Work on enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation projects.
  • ● Be part of an innovative environment leveraging the latest Salesforce AI technologies, including Agentforce.
  • ● Collaborate with highly skilled technical and functional teams.
  • ● Contribute to solutions that have a real impact within the financial services industry.
