About the Company

Tech Mahindra Australia is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions within the telecommunications domain. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect with strong expertise in Java, WebLogic, OSS/BSS platforms, and AWA , who thrives in driving technical innovation and delivering business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures using Java 11 .
  • ● Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solution designs.
  • ● Lead the architecture and implementation of OSS/BSS solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • ● Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
  • ● Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and best practices.
  • ● Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • ● Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and architectural best practices.
  • ● Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and strategic alignment.

  • ● Strong experience with Oracle WebLogic
  • ● Deep understanding of OSS/BSS platforms and frameworks
  • ● Experience with AWA (Application Workload Automation)

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • ● 10-15 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • ● Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
