Responsibilities

  • ● Managing and enhancing IAM platforms and integrations
  • ● Administering and improving SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID environments
  • ● Developing automated identity lifecycle management and provisioning workflows
  • ● Designing and implementing RBAC and ABAC access models
  • ● Supporting access reviews, certification campaigns, governance activities and audits
  • ● Contributing to IAM roadmap initiatives, platform uplift activities and continuous improvement programs
  • ● Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical identity solutions
  • ● Supporting broader cyber security initiatives and remediation programs

Requirements

  • ● Strong hands-on experience within Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments
  • ● Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • ● Exposure to identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity or ForgeRock
  • ● Experience across Workforce IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer IAM (CIAM) and Non-Human Identity (NHI)
  • ● Knowledge of identity governance, access certifications and access lifecycle management
  • ● Understanding of identity protocols, security standards and IAM best practices
  • ● Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
  • ● Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
