About the Company
Conda Capital is an investment fund. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our finance function. The Finance Executive will assist with book-keeping, treasury function and finance related matters. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities ranging from day-to-day operational tasks to some level of financial planning for the firm.
Responsibilities
- ● Make necessary payments
- ● Manage cash flow, bank accounts and liquidity
- ● Work with external tax advisor for GST reporting and corporate tax returns
- ● Oversee full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly book-keeping
- ● Prepare annual financial statements
- ● Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and SFRS standards
- ● Implement financial controls and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements
- ● Minimally a diploma in Accounting
- ● Proven experience 3-5 years in a finance, preferably within the asset management or hedge fund.
- ● Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- ● Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g.,Excel, Quickbooks, etc.).
- ● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
