About the Company

As a Cybersecurity Officer, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with key security standards. As part of our team, you'll work in a HYBRID environment, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of cybersecurity compliance and resilience in line with both industry and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory frameworks such as SAMA and GRC best practices.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on the organization's cybersecurity posture and ensure continuous compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
  • Coordinate security awareness training and foster a culture of compliance and security throughout the company.
  • Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and internal audits related to Cyber Resilience Fundamental Requirements (CRFR) and Minimum Verification Controls.
  • Respond to and investigate incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance reporting.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams on the implementation of technical security controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity compliance and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) management.
  • Deep understanding of Cyber Resilience Fundamental Requirements (CRFR).
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Minimum Verification Controls standards.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAMA Cyber Security Framework.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Additional credentials in cyber resilience or advanced regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Minimum Verification Controls, CRFR, and GRC processes.
  • Experience participating in audits and/or regulatory assessments within financial or highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of other regional or international cybersecurity frameworks or certifications.
