Responsibilities
- ● Work on EWO & PTW JIRA Tickets and implement solutions as per Helix EO (Engineering Order).
- ● Lead implementation of new site builds from an IT Network perspective.
- ● Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents as per the Scope of Work (SOW).
- ● Prepare fortnightly, monthly, and weekly reports using JIRA tickets.
- ● Develop Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- ● Commission and decommission network elements, ensuring smooth integration into existing infrastructure.
- ● Execute Cisco NSO DHCP Migration and DNS IPIC Migration.
- ● Analyze complex network problems, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
- ● Implement network changes to minimize outages and optimize performance.
- ● Upgrade IOS versions to prevent system vulnerabilities and bugs.
- ● Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers and switches.
- ● Conduct capacity planning and enhance link capacity for critical NOC elements.
- ● Ensure all network designs meet quality standards based on process guidelines.
- ● Drive best practices aligned with company frameworks and industry standards.
- ● Maintain high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
- ● Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to optimize network performance.
Requirements
- ● Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
- ● Ability to analyze network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
- ● Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex telecommunication environments including Australian Telco Operators.
- ● Experience in capacity planning and network performance optimization with Australian Telco operators.
- ● 3 to 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues related to IP/MPLS implementation.
