About the Company

We are seeking a NetSuite Consultant to support and maintain the company's NetSuite ERP platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to ensure NetSuite is configured effectively, supports financial business processes, and delivers reliable reporting. The role involves analyzing business needs, providing consulting services to implement effective NetSuite solutions, and conducting management consulting to ensure system alignment with business processes. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring NetSuite, and providing training and ongoing support for tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • ● Support on NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • ● Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices.
  • ● Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on our business needs.
  • ● Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality.
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations.
  • ● Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite capabilities.
  • ● Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.

Requirements

  • ● 3 - 6 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support experience.
  • ● Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
  • ● Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is a plus.
  • ● Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • ● NetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • ● Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • ● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • ● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
