About the Company

The HRMS Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing, developing, customizing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS applications. The role involves analyzing technical requirements, developing customizations, reports, interfaces, APIs, and integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The consultant will work closely with business users and functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable Oracle EBS HRMS solutions that support HR business operations and organizational objectives. Develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications based on business requirements. Analyze technical and functional requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, and PL/SQL objects. Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications. Create and maintain Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Request Sets, Interfaces, and APIs. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization. Support system upgrades, patches, data migration, and enhancement activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and system specifications. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure system stability, reliability, and compliance with business and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher/XML Publisher.
  • Experience with Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle APIs, Concurrent Programs, Request Sets, Value Sets, and Web ADI.
  • Strong experience in developing RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) and Oracle EBS customizations.
  • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP Web Services and Oracle APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and SQL/PLSQL performance tuning skills.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as HRMS, Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, Financials, Purchasing, and Inventory.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2 is preferred.
