  • LTA-TRO MANAGER, OPERATIONS COMMAND CENTER, STRATEGIC OPERATIONS & CONTRACTS
  • What you will be working on
  • This role will be responsible for managing key operational policy issues and providing support to cross-functional teams within the Operations Command Center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate across divisions to ensure effective operational management and strategic contracts oversight.
  • Lead the development and analysis of operations policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, optimise performance and guide operational strategy.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to teams across the division, ensuring alignment with operational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct cross-function collaborations to align operational strategies and analysis with broader business goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that illustrate trend and cost-benefit analysis, challenges and trade-offs to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate policy implementation and operational performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work on inter-agency coordination and address operational issues to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across all relevant parties.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive contracts management strategies, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and maximise value delivery across operational partnerships.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management including procurement planning, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation support, performance monitoring, and renewal strategies to align with operational requirements and budgetary constraints.
  • Establish governance frameworks for contract risk assessment, dispute resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless integration between contractual commitments and operational delivery.
