• ● Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level About the Role ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in driving project governance, portfolio reporting, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Project Managers, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project performance, ensure compliance with PMO standards, and provide valuable insights that support successful project delivery.

• ● Support the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO policies, frameworks, and project management methodologies.
• ● Ensure projects comply with organizational governance standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
• ● Maintain project documentation, templates, risk registers, issue logs, and change management records.
• ● Coordinate project reviews, governance meetings, and project audits.
• ● Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective project delivery. Project Monitoring & Reporting
• ● Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource utilization.
• ● Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics.
• ● Prepare project dashboards, portfolio reports, executive summaries, and management presentations.
• ● Consolidate project status updates and provide timely reporting to senior management.
• ● Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions where appropriate. Portfolio & Business Analysis
• ● Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• ● Analyze project and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• ● Assist in business case preparation, project evaluations, and post-project reviews.
• ● Contribute to process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
