About the Company

Responsibilities
- ● Achieve sales targets for MDF products in the assigned territory.
- ● Manage and grow dealer/distributor network.
- ● Appoint new dealers and generate new business.
- ● Build strong relationships with dealers, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
- ● Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups.
- ● Ensure timely payment collections.
- ● Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Requirements
- ● Graduate in any discipline.
- ● 1-5 years of sales experience (MDF / plywood / laminates / building materials preferred).
- ● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- ● Willing to travel extensively.
