About the Company
Senior Project Manager Location: Hybrid (Pune) We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile applications, and web solutions. This role requires a strong leader who can drive delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless coordination between business, product, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for owning the complete project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful production releases.
Responsibilities
- ● Own and drive end-to-end project execution across web and mobile platforms
- ● Ensure timely delivery while maintaining scope, quality, and budget
- ● Manage multiple parallel projects with clear prioritization
- ● Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, and Retrospectives
- ● Maintain and prioritize product backlog in alignment with business goals
- ● Ensure smooth execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Requirements
- ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- ● Convert business needs into clear user stories, PRDs, and BRDs
- ● Ensure requirements are well understood by development teams
- ● Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- ● Provide regular updates, reports, and delivery timelines
- ● Manage expectations and ensure transparency
- ● Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, DevOps, and product teams
- ● Remove blockers and ensure smooth communication across teams
- ● Drive alignment between business and technical teams
- ● Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
- ● Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution
- ● Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- ● Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- ● Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- ● Monitor delivery health using KPIs and metrics
- ● Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence/Jira/Monday
- ● Ensure proper versioning and traceability of requirements
- ● Establish and enforce project governance frameworks
- ● Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, automation tools) to:
- ● Improve planning and documentation
- ● Accelerate delivery timelines
- ● Optimize team productivity
- ● 10-12 years of experience in Project/Program Management (IT/Software)
- ● Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
- ● Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
- ● Hands-on experience with tools like:
- ● Jira, Confluence, Monday, Trello, or similar
- ● Experience managing:
- ● Mobile applications (iOS, Android, Flutter preferred)
- ● Web platforms and APIs
- ● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- ● Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- ● Experience in conflict resolution and risk handling
- ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- ● PMP / Scrum Master Certification
- ● Experience in travel tech, telecom, or eSIM domain
- ● Exposure to global clients and distributed teams
- ● Knowledge of analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
