Responsibilities
- ● BOQ Preparation (Bill of Quantities)
- ● Quantity Take-off from Drawings
- ● Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
- ● RA Bill & Final Bill Preparation/Verification
- ● Client, Vendor & Subcontractor Billing
- ● Tendering & Contract Documentation
- ● Material Reconciliation & Cost Control
- ● Project Budgeting & Client Billing
- ● DPR, WPR & MIS Report Preparation
- ● Coordination with Project, Procurement & Billing Teams
- ● Required Qualifications
- ● B.Tech/B.E. (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- ● Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- ● Experience in EPC, Road, Building, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred
