TopEmployer2026 ThriveAtInfosys We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our SAP platform team and drive the design, automation, governance, and operational management of SAP BTP and SAP RISE environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing standardized, secure, and automated SAP BTP platform services, supporting SAP Cloud ALM, identity management, platform monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. This role requires strong expertise in SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP Cloud ALM, automation frameworks, Terraform, GitHub, and modern authentication technologies

Requirements

  • ● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • ● Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • ● Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
  • ● SAP Certified Technology Associate certifications.
  • ● SAP BTP certification.
  • ● SAP Cloud ALM certification.
  • ● Experience working in large enterprise SAP RISE environments.
  • ● Experience implementing governance and compliance standards for cloud platforms.
  • ● Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud security frameworks.
