About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Lead L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA PP, QM, and related Supply Chain modules.
• ● Manage critical incidents (P1/P2), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and SLA compliance.
• ● Support manufacturing operations, MRP Live, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
• ● Govern master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Inspection Plans .
• ● Ensure seamless integration across MM, PM, SD, FI/CO, and PP-PI .
• ● Prepare Functional Specifications (FSDs) for RICEFW developments.
• ● Coordinate Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• ● Mentor junior consultants and act as the primary functional contact for business stakeholders.
• ● Drive continuous improvement and provide executive-level status reporting.

Requirements

• ● We are looking for an experienced SAP PTM Lead to join our SAP S/4HANA Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing Integration , and end-to-end Plan-to-Produce (PTM) business processes.
