Responsibilities
- ● Source, identify, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels.
- ● Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
- ● Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify the best candidates
- ● Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- ● Provide feedback and support throughout the recruitment process
- ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- ● Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a positive, professional recruitment journey.
Requirements
- ● Any Bachelor's degree
- ● Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ● Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
