Responsibilities
- ● Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of recruiters
- ● Support internal customers and help colleagues manage internal client relationships
- ● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and determine selection criteria
- ● Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions
- ● Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends
- ● Help develop procedures and system tools for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation
- ● Develop and coach the team, demonstrating leadership in negotiation, planning and execution
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent level
- ● 5 to 7 years of experience as a recruiter or similar HR role
- ● Ability to work independently
- ● Ability to motivate recruitment team associates
