About the Company

TMG SAP Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business Intelligence (BI) & Business Warehouse (BW) Specialist . The ideal candidate will be responsible for Analyze business directions and translate management policies into strategic initiatives to develop and enhance SAP BW/BI and BOBJ systems in alignment with organizational goals and oversee the performance and reliability of all SAP reporting systems, ensuring they operate efficiently, on time, and consistently across all branches in accordance with corporate standards and policies.

Responsibilities

  • ● Manage the development and implementation strategy of SAP BI (Business Intelligence), BW (Business Warehouse), and BOBJ (Business Objects) systems in alignment with business objectives.
  • ● Plan and develop dashboards and reports using SAP BOBJ to support management decision-making, setting priorities and directions for the development team.
  • ● Supervise the system and team to ensure effective operations, maintaining continuous data quality, accuracy, and security .
  • ● Continuously enhance system performance and modernize solutions in line with evolving technologies.
  • ● Initiate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance BI system performance .
  • ● Analyze the overall system landscape to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across the organization.
  • ● Integrate systems to support current operations and future network expansion .
  • ● Review and adapt strategies in response to changing circumstances to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
  • ● Prepare and present detailed reports on operational outcomes to management.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.
  • ● Minimum 7 years of experience in building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines from multiple data sources.
  • ● Strong understanding of data modeling , SQL , and database management concepts .
  • ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
  • ● Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an advantage.
  • ● Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
  • ● Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • ● SAP Certification in a relevant functional area is an added advantage.
  • ● Fast learner, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • ● Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders.
  • ● Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
